The 'Check In' Inventory and Schedule of Condition service includes a systematic, detailed inspection room-by-room (including outdoor spaces / buildings), and all safety associated documentation resulting in an evidence-based report of the condition of the property (and furnishings if relevant) at the point of entry.
Mid-tenancy Checks
The mid-tenancy checking service allows for proactive identification of issues, enabling these to be rectified in a timely manner. Additionally and very importantly, these regular checks also ensure compliance with the tenancy agreement by all parties and to all related safety certification requirements.

The 'Check Out' Inventory and Schedule of Condition service includes everything covered in the 'Check In' Inventory service resulting in an evidence-based report of the condition of the property (and furnishings if relevant) at the point of exit. This enables a reliable comparison to be carried out should any dispute arise between the tenant, landlord and / or letting agent.
